## Fixes

**CLI**: reflect the active profile on every GetApiClient call

**CLI**, **MCP**: correct networkAllowList and add domainAllowList

**Ruby SDK**: pass the archive source to tar as an operand

## Breaking Changes

**API clients**: sync integer OpenAPI types and regenerate clients. Generated Go client signatures change float32 to int32, Java client signatures change BigDecimal to Integer for the affected fields, and sdk-go Sandbox resource fields are now int32.
